Gregory M King   (Executive Chairman)
Mr King is a founding director of the company. He is a geologist with over 25 years' experience and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Applied Geology. Mr King has worked for numerous Australian and international companies on a wide range of commodities including diamonds, gold, platinum, base metals, beach sands and industrial minerals. Mr King has managed exploration projects in Australia, Botswana and Argentina. He has run his own geological consulting firm and has held executive management positions with ASX listed companies.

Dennis C O'Neill     (Managing Director)
Mr O'Neill is a founding director of the company. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in geology from the University of Western Australia. Since graduating, Mr O'Neill has held positions with a number of Australian and multinational exploration companies and has managed exploration programs in a diverse range of environments and locations, including Botswana, North America, South-East Asia, North Africa and Australasia. Mr O'Neill has held executive management positions with ASX listed companies and has worked on a range of commodities including diamonds, gold, base metals, coal, oil and gas.

Paul A Crawford   (Non-Executive Director)
Mr Crawford is a founding director of the company. He is an accountant with 27 years of commercial experience, including 24 years in various technical and management roles within the minerals, coal and petroleum industries. Mr Crawford runs his own corporate consultancy firm, providing accounting, corporate governance, business advisory and commercial management services to a number of corporate clients. He is also a non-executive director of ASX listed Activex Limited.

David N Magang   (Non-Executive Director)
Mr Magang LL.B (Hon) (London) was appointed as an independent director of the Company in April 2004. He is a citizen of the Republic of Botswana and has practised as a Barrister and Attorney since 1970. He was a member of the Botswana Parliament for 23 years from 1979 to 2002. From 1985 to 2001 Mr Magang held a number of Ministerial portfolios in the Botswana Government, including Minister for Minerals, Energy and Water Affairs from 1994 to1998. In 1999 he was awarded the Presidential Order of Honour. Mr Magang is prominent in business in Botswana having undertaken significant development initiatives.
